South Africa's Anti-dumping Measures On Hexagonal Screw Products Imported From China Expired

On May 4, 2018, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) announced that on November 15, 2012, the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) imposed anti-dumping duties on the hexagonal screw products imported from China. The above measures were already in place in 2017. Expires on November 15th. The relevant industries of the Southern African Customs Union did not apply for a sunset review before the aforementioned anti-dumping measures were terminated. Therefore, the above anti-dumping measures against China have been terminated on time as approved by the ITAC final decision and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
